You are cordially invited to a pottery class for a fun evening of creating! 

For this workshop, we will be focusing on the art of mug making and everyone will get to make their own mug using different slab techniques and texture tools. Participants will be provided clay, decorating tools and instructions on how to complete the project step by step.

No experience is necessary! Beginners are welcome, however this is more of an advanced project and kids must be 10+ to join.

At the conclusion of the session, participants will select a glaze color for their mug and the instructor will fire and glaze each piece.  Everything will be ready for pick-up at the library front desk approx. 2-3 weeks after the session.  

Light appetizers and beverages will be served halfway through the workshop. Please wear comfortable clothing and prepare to get a little messy!

This class will be taking place upstairs in the event room at the Clay County Public Library.

Tickets must be purchased ahead of time.
