Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. The flat shipping rate covers all packing supplies, boxes, labels and time (wrapping ceramic pieces requires a lot of materials to ensure safe arrival).

If your piece arrives damaged please send a photo to slabandcedar@gmail.com and keep all packaging materials for claim inspection.

Slab and Cedar is not responsible for any damaged items, a claim can be filed with USPS for reimbursement if item is not replaceable.
